Background and Objectives: The importance of the adolescent and the importance of free time among this age group is a special sensitivity to the importance of the free time program. Since the effectiveness of free time is one of the necessities of a scholar's life, the present study aims to investigate the impact of the effectiveness of free time program on the individual and social skills of Sistan and Baluchistan's scholar.
Methods: The current research was descriptive in terms of its applied purpose, in terms of method, and survey in terms of types of descriptive researches. The statistical population of this research includes teachers of physical education and secondary school in Sistan and Baluchistan province; According to the inquiry from the General Department of Education of Sistan and Baluchistan Province, in the academic year 1401-1402, their number was equal to 1345 people, which will be selected for this research using random, cluster-stage sampling method. The statistical sample of this research is based on Morgan's table of 300 people, and the researcher has distributed the questionnaire among all the statistical population of the target cities in order to achieve more comprehensive results. The questionnaires returned to the researcher were 425 questionnaires that were subjected to statistical analysis. In this research, the researcher made a questionnaire, according to the type of information required to conduct this research, a variety of tools were used, including the review of existing documents (library method) and field research using the distribution of questionnaires to collect information. The research questionnaire consists of two parts, in the first part, the demographic information of the subjects such as gender, age, work experience, and educational qualification is collected.
Findings: The results of the investigation showed that there is a significant correlation (0.001/0=P) between each variable of individual and social skills and the authors of each of them.
Conclusion: The results of the investigation indicated that the correlation between the individual and social skills variables was greater than the hypothesized correlation and this is important in the sense that from the point of view of pedagogical and developmental studies in relation to these free time programs, the effectiveness of these programs at this time is not sufficiently accepted and there is a need for further research in this area.
